LAICON Construct (PTY) Ltd. is a Cape Town-based construction company providing construction and building services in all parts of the Western Cape.
The business has been in operation for the past twenty years and is owner managed. LAICON Construct’s primary focus is residential housing and is registered with the National Homebuilders Registrations Council (NHBRC)
LAICON makes use of dedicated professionals and a technical team, which includes a PR Engineer and an Architectural professional for project initiation and implementation.
Evolving Future:
LAICON started out using conventional building construction, carrying out building renovations, alterations and new home builds. However, to be current, responsive to demand and remain relevant in an ever-changing construction landscape, it was necessary for the company to seek and implement an alternative building system: one which is locally manufactured, time-saving and easy to assemble by even lay- and unskilled labour.
The company also services other building contractors who are interested in using the alternative building system.
